Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions (thoughts, beliefs, attitudes) and behaviours that are related to this, to help increase your positive emotions and build coping strategies that can serve you well for your day to day life. It can help everyone with any mental health issues or just general anxiety, or sadness. CBT is a common talk therapy based on principles from both behavioral and cognitive psychology.
