Treatment Types

Pre-Sport Activation
Prepare your body for performance. These treatments help activate key muscle groups, improve neuromuscular coordination, and reduce injury risk before competition or heavy training.

Post-Sport Recovery
Reduce muscle soreness and improve tissue recovery after intense activity. Helps prevent stiffness and supports faster healing and you can train again sooner.

Mobility & Stretch Therapy
Deep, guided active and passive stretching techniques that restore joint range, improve flexibility, and release long-held tension.

Sports Injury Massage
Targeted treatment for sprains, strains, overuse injuries, and mobility issues. Complements physiotherapy treatment and supports healing at every stage of recovery.

Posture & Structural Reset
Restore alignment, improve postural awareness, and relieve the physical stress caused by long hours at a desk, tech use, or repetitive strain. Great for office workers and growing teens.
About Our Therapists
Our Registered Massage Therapists are well trained in sport massage, injury treatment, and functional movement care. Several team members also have a background in kinesiology, which means they understand how the body moves and can assess posture, muscle imbalances, and joint mechanics. Each session is customized to your needs and may include a mix of deep tissue work, active stretching, and relaxation techniques. You’re welcome to stay clothed in sport wear or receive treatment directly on the skin—whatever works best for you. Every treatment begins with a thorough assessment to ensure it supports your goals.
