Do you have free parking?
Yes, we have free 2 hours parking available around the commercial building, the same building as TD bank. The parking lot entrance is located on 41st street, behind the bus stop.
Do you do direct billing?
Yes, we do direct billing on most of the major insurance providers. If your insurance is not currently in our system, we will look to include it in the future.
Do I need a doctor's referral for treatments?
No, patients can often receive treatment without a referral from a doctor, however, certain publicly funded programs and private insurance providers may require a referral before treatment can commence. It's always a good idea to verify this information before scheduling an appointment by reviewing your insurance policy and/or discussing with us.
Do you speak other languages?
Yes, our therapists can speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and French.
Do you accept same-day booking?
Yes, if our therapists are available, we usually accept same-day booking. Please contact us and we will assist you.
Do you open on Sundays?
Yes, we open 7 days a week, including holidays. Please contact us for more information.
Can you check my benefit coverage?
No, but we can check if your benefits covers massage therapy, physiotherapy and acupuncture.
Do you provide treatments for ICBC/MVA patients?
Yes, we will also help to contact your ICBC adjuster and help you with recovery process.
What treatments are covered by ICBC?
The first 3 months after the accident, ICBC will cover or partially cover 12 sessions of massage therapy, 25 sessions of physiotherapy and 12 sessions of acupuncture. Please check our fee guide for more information.
