Alderian Therapy

Alderian Therapy is a humanistic form of therapy that allows an individual to explore the present and future for themselves by exploring thoughts and feelings of personal responsibility and feelings of inferiority. The focus is that a person  unique and has potential to be unlocked. Taking a positive approach to their lives, clients are supported to move away from feelings of helplessness to self-empowerment.
