Terms & Conditions

General

1. This promotion is available to eligible J&U Health & Wellness patients during the promotion period of August 22, 2026 to February 28, 2027.

2. Each eligible patient may choose ONE of the following rewards:

   • Google Review Reward; OR

   • Refer-a-Friend Reward.

3. The Google Review Reward and Refer-a-Friend Reward cannot be combined.

4. All rewards and credits must be used by February 28, 2027, unless otherwise stated.

Google Review Reward

1. To receive the Google Review Reward, the patient must submit a Google review for J&U Health & Wellness during the promotion period.

2. After submitting the review, the patient must show our team confirmation that the review has been submitted.

3. The patient will receive a $10 treatment credit toward their next eligible treatment at J&U Health & Wellness.

4. The $10 treatment credit must be redeemed by February 28, 2027.

5. The reward is provided for taking the time to share feedback and is not dependent on the review being positive or receiving a particular rating.

6. Each patient may receive the Google Review Reward once during the promotion period.

7. The Google Review Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refer-a-Friend Reward

1. The referred person must be a new J&U Health & Wellness patient who has never previously received treatment at J&U Health & Wellness.

2. The referral must be identified before or at the new patient's first treatment.

3. The new patient must either:

4. Tell our reception team who referred them when they arrive for their first treatment; or

5. Have the referring patient email J&U Health & Wellness before the appointment to notify us of the referral.

6. The new patient must complete their first treatment before the referral rewards are applied.

7. Once the first treatment is completed:

8. The new patient receives $10 off their first treatment.

9. The referring patient receives $10 off their next treatment.

10. The referring patient's $10 credit must be used by February 28, 2027.

11. The new patient's $10 discount is applied to their qualifying first treatment and cannot be applied retroactively after the treatment has been completed.

12. Each new patient may only be associated with one referring person.

13. A patient may refer multiple new patients during the promotion period. Each successful referral is eligible for one $10 credit, subject to these terms.

14. The Refer-a-Friend Reward cannot be combined with the Google Review Reward or other promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.

Additional Terms

1. Treatment credits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for cash value.

2. Treatment credits are valid only toward eligible treatments at:

4. Credits are non-transferable.

5. J&U Health & Wellness reserves the right to verify eligibility and confirm that all promotion requirements have been met before applying a reward.

6. J&U Health & Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the promotion if necessary.

7. By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
